FAQ
I can't edit an existing team.
Only Team managers
can add/remove team members and change the team's access. By default, the person who created the team is nominated as the manager. This person can then nominate more members to act as team managers.
The password from the invitation email is not working.
The invitation email is only valid for 24 hours after it is sent. If you try to use a password from an email sent more than 24 hours ago, it will not work. Please get in touch with your organization administrator and request that an invitation email be resent. You should be ready to accept the invite (it will again be valid only for 24 hours).
I am entering the correct email and password, and I can't log in
Email address that you use to log into ProcessOut is case sensitive. If your account has been set up for [email protected] you need to use this email exactly ([email protected] will not work).
When assigning roles to projects/groups I can't see a specific role
There are two factors that will prevent you from seeing and being able to assign a role. First one is the role visibility, and it's something that is defined while creating or editing a role. Make sure that the role you want to assign is visible at the hierarchy level (visibility cascades only down). If role's visibility is assigned to a certain group it will be assignable only within this group and any sub-groups and sub-projects.
You can only assign permissions you already have yourself. This means that if a role you want to assign grants different or higher permissions on a project or a project group than you have yourself, you will not see it in the list of roles possible to assign.
